K & K Mine Products offers a complete line of belt structure and conveyor idlers for above and below ground applications in belt widths ranging from 18" through 72". Our CEMA C, D, and E rated idlers are available in offset or inline framing and CEMA C and D are available for catenary style applications. Specialty products like self aligning tops and returns, adjustable wing assemblies, and impact idlers offers a complete line of products for our customers.
Our products are manufactured in the USA using the latest equipment: robotic welders, CNC multi axis lathes, plasma tables and press brakes. We utilize laser inspection gauging, and custom built, process specific automation to ensure quality, allowing us to stand behind our products with industry leading warranties.
